GORP: name given by an old English professor from high school to a special mix, which at the moment seemed intriguingly strange, a mixture of nuts, homemade granola and dried fruit, mixture which he would take along as a dietary supplement on every journey to the jungle he’d go to. Such mixture would end being inseparable travel mate of mine in my voyages to the forest. Although heavenly dietary supplement while on expeditions I don’t dare to taste this mix when back in town, 4 – 8 days in a row of GORP will truly get to you. GORP, saved for ‘special’ occasions.
